Metal Polishing
We count with Ten Jr. polishing lathes with 10-HP horse power and variable speed. 5-HP means that these machines are capable to handle one man on each end wheel (2-men per machine). Variable speed means that we can polish almost any metal. Aluminum and stainless steel doesn’t get polish at the same RPM. Aluminum is softer then Stainless steel. We also do other metal preparations besides Polishing & Buffing. We also do: Bead blasting, Grinding, Powder Coating, PVD, Nickel, and Chrome plating Strip.
