Jose@Decometalfinishing.comPresident of DMF-Decorative Metal Finishing, has been in the industry for more than 15 years. His accomplishments include 10 years in warehouse management, human resources, floor layout, and implement efficient production methodology.  He ventured in a start-up 4 years ago in Temecula which included services such as powder coating, patinas, and plating.   Upon business growth, Jose expanded his company by moving to Escondido into a 16,000 sq ft industrial building. There he put a place a team to strengthen production capabilities. Manufacturers and distributor clients could now have all their product needs services under one roof.   Also, DMF could offer a superior range of restoration services to auto enthusiasts, antique collectors, hotels, marinas, off-road fabricators, and to the general public.  Jose Gomez is married with three children and enjoys professional development education and supports community activities.
